Shipping Policy


 

Mainland UK

  • £7.99 - Tracked Courier (Mon-Fri) (usually the next working day after dispatch)

  • £4.99 - Royal Mail First Class (Untracked Service - Available at checkout on selected smaller items/orders)

  • Free Delivery on orders over £99
  • An additional £15.00 delivery surcharge to the Isle of Wight and areas within the Scottish Highlands may apply to your order when sending via courier (£20.00 for Scottish Islands). We will contact you after placing your order if this applies to collect this extra charge. Please click here for DPD's list of all postcode areas to which this applies. Unfortunately, these surcharges are set by the courier and are out of our control. Wherever possible, if your order is small enough to send via Royal Mail instead at a better rate to avoid these surcharges, we will do so.

 

Northern Ireland

    International Shipping to Europe

    Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. If you have any enquiries regarding shipping internationally, please email us, and we will confirm if this will be possible and provide shipping costs. Please note that additional import duties/fees may be applied to international shipments upon arrival in the destination country, which we cannot be liable for.

     

    We will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within one week of receiving your order. On some occasions your order may take longer - For example, it's a bespoke item, there is a very large quantity or there is a long time to get stock for your chosen item(s). If you have a specific deadline, please leave a note in the text box provided at the Basket. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If you have requested a proof (preview) of your engraving design, please check and confirm ASAP once received to avoid delays as if this option is selected, we will need sign-off before we proceed.

     

    Standard delivery days for our nominated couriers are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available however at an extra charge, please Contact Us or call 01474 560016 and we will arrange this.
